Commission Terms and Conditions

By commissioning the Artist you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

• The Artist has the right to decline a commission without justification.

• The Client is purchasing the Artist’s labor only. The Artist has the rights to use the commission for promotions (e.g. post images on websites such as deviantart, blog and etc.).

• The Client should fill up the commission form and send clear reference images. Additional information shall be discussed through any contacts (email, deviantart note & etc.) provided by the Artist.

• Licenses. In the pricing guide presentation, by default the license is CC-BY-NC-SA, Attribution NonCommercial ShareAlike. If the client wants to use it commercially like CC-BY license, then additional £10/ 20% of the total price, whichever is higher must apply. Please visit the creative commons website for more information. 

• To start a project, the client must be paid in full up front. Payment shall be made through Payoneer, the deviantart commission widget or PayPal. Previews will be given approximately every weekend.

• The commission will be finished 1-2 months after payment unless the client stated a deadline and express commission has been charged. If the project is/are complicated and have many details, the time span to finish the work will be extended.

• The Artist has the right to cancel the commission anytime, refund will be issued. You, the client has no right to demand cancellation and refund after the start of work.

• If the client chargeback against the Artist, your rights to the commission will be retracted and the Artist has the rights to sell it in any way. You will be forbidden to request a commission again and your name will be posted for public awareness.

• The Artist has the rights to pursue damages if violation and breach of these terms exist.
